Wrestlemania 35 invades MetLife Stadium Sunday and, after a shockingly-rampant level of 11th hour match-booking confusion and hastily-manufactured storylines, the card appears finalized.
It will take place despite several high-profile wrestlers without an in-ring role (yet) on the biggest show of the year, including The Undertaker, John Cena, Bray Wyatt, Kevin Owens, Elias and Dolph Ziggler. Some of them may end up finding their way onto the marathon show, but, for now, none of them have a defined role.
However, these wrestlers are set to appear, along with our predictions for how the confirmed matches will go down – some that justify the betting lines in place and some that don’t. When the athletes know the result beforehand, it makes gambling different than standard betting lines.
The WWE has invested a lot in Rousey, but, as the Women’s Revolution continues, Rousey is expected to get time off to do other things because her life transcends the WWE. At the same time, they don’t want to exclude her completely because she is an attraction, but she may not be “good for business” if she keeps squashing established in-house stars.

The crowd reaction to Lynch’s bad-ass turn (like Stone Cold Steve Austin 20 years earlier) is something WWE wants to cash in on while it’s hot and, given its penchant to let different women be “the first” to accomplish a feat in the newfound revolution, it makes sense to give the crowd what it wants to close the show and make Lynch the first WWE unified women’s champion. WWE has a tendency to tip its hand in the week leading up to Wrestlemania.
Fans have voiced their displeasure in having the Universal Championship being closeted by Lesnar’s favored nation status and extremely limited work dates. But, on Monday Night Raw, Rollins curb-stomped Lesnar and left him laying. That typically signals a Wrestlemania revenge receipt – like it or not. The Universal title remains in a hostage situation. PREDICTION: Lesnar.
Kofimania has been audience-driven and Vince McMahon doesn’t typically cater to fan-generated storylines. Kingston has been a member of The New Day for so long that, if he was to become champion as a solo act, it would leave Xavier Woods and Big E in temporary limbo.
Expect Rowan to have an impact here and fans who are hoping to recreate the “Yes Movement” magic of Bryan’s rise to the top five years ago (which has been the storyline blueprint for Kofimania) will end up disappointed. PREDICTION: Bryan.
As mentioned before here (where we highlighted the women’s title main event days before everyone else staked claim to it), Balor will appear as “The Demon” persona that gets trotted out about once a year.

Professional wrestling isn’t fake. It’s physical, it’s demanding, and it’s ridiculously entertaining. But that doesn’t hide the fact that there is some brutal acting and that the winners of thematches are predetermined.

Ronda Rousey, Charlotte Flair, Rey Mysterio, The Miz, Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, and so many more hit wrestling’s biggest stage this weekend, and you can profit based on how the matches playout.
Seriously, this is one loaded card. I didn’t even mention Daniel Bryan, Kurt Angle, Triple H, and again — I can’t emphasize enough — so many others.
This is the biggest Pay-Per-View attraction in the WWE season, and it almost always lives up to the hype. It’s worth paying to see, and it’s ultimately worth watching. The only question, ofcourse, is if it’s worth betting on.
